Product suitability first

Supply grade characteristics and any heating, segregation or handling requirements. Confirm acceptance and operational suitability before comparing commercial proposals.

Define the movement plan

Describe the receiving vessel or transfer route, expected holding period and onward movement. Tank capacity alone does not establish whether the terminal can receive the proposed cargo.

Prepare for an assessment

Submit the specification, quantity and units, preferred location, start window, duration and movement requirements. Options remain subject to operator acceptance and confirmed capacity.

Your questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you prepare your next step.

What distinguishes a crude storage brief?

Describe the grade characteristics, movement route and any handling or temperature needs, alongside capacity and term.

Does a large tank prove that a terminal can receive my cargo?

No. The complete receiving and dispatch arrangement must also fit. Confirm operational suitability with the proposed operator.

Who confirms whether crude oil is accepted?

The proposed terminal operator confirms product acceptance for the particular arrangement. An initial enquiry does not itself provide that acceptance.
