Frequently asked questions
Answers to help you prepare your next step.
Do you own the terminals?
Our services cover tank storage, coordination and advisory support, with tank farms in Rotterdam, Fujairah and Durban. The proposed operator and contracting entity must be confirmed for each arrangement.
Can you confirm capacity immediately?
Availability depends on the product, volume, timing and operational requirements. A website enquiry does not reserve capacity.
Which locations do you focus on?
Our initial enquiry focus is Rotterdam, Fujairah and Durban. State any acceptable alternative location in your requirement.
Can I request short-term storage?
Yes, submit the required window and duration. Minimum commitments and acceptance remain subject to the operator’s offer.
Do you publish a fixed rental rate?
No universal rate is shown. The full cost depends on capacity, duration, product, movements and required services.
Can you review a supplier or terminal offer?
Describe the transaction and questions you need answered through the due diligence request form. The scope and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
Does due diligence guarantee a transaction?
No. Findings reflect the agreed scope and evidence available. Physical inventory, ownership, capacity and future performance are not established by document review alone.
Is a call request a confirmed appointment?
No. State your preferred time and timezone; the appointment is confirmed separately.
Can I upload confidential documents here?
Do not submit confidential documents in the initial form. Begin with a summary so an appropriate document-sharing process can be agreed.
What information do operators request for a storage lease enquiry?
Examples include product, capacity, dates, duration, throughput and parcel size. Use a clear brief rather than an unqualified request for a tank.
What does independent cargo inspection involve?
Depending on scope, it may include quantity measurement, sampling and analysis. Agree what the inspector will assess and report.
Which barrel does the units tool use?
The petroleum barrel of 42 US gallons, approximately 0.158987 cubic metres.
