From requirement
to a considered next step.

A structured enquiry makes it easier to assess product suitability, timing, access and commercial terms.

01 / Define the requirement

Start with your product specification, capacity and units, preferred location, start window and intended storage period. Explain how the cargo will arrive and leave, and whether heating, blending or segregation is needed.

02 / Establish suitability

We review the brief and identify questions for the relevant operator or counterparty. A terminal’s published capacity is not the same as capacity available for your cargo.

03 / Compare the proposed arrangement

Assess storage charges alongside throughput, transfers, handling, access, minimum commitments and the proposed contract. Any unresolved operational or commercial conditions should remain visible.

04 / Confirm before committing

The operator and contracting parties confirm the applicable offer, acceptance criteria and documentation. Coordination continues within the agreed service scope; an enquiry does not reserve a tank.

Your questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you prepare your next step.

What happens after I send a storage requirement?

The brief is assessed for product, timing and movements. Open questions are identified before options or proposed terms can be compared.

What if my requirement changes while enquiries are underway?

Provide a revised brief and identify the changes. Quotes should then be checked against that same updated specification and schedule.

At what stage is capacity actually reserved?

Reservation depends on the operator’s accepted commercial arrangement. An initial enquiry, introduction or call request does not reserve capacity.
