A storage enquiry built around Fujairah
Our Fujairah tank farm is part of Petroleum Terminals’ storage business, with ten years of operation across Singapore, Rotterdam and Fujairah. Tell us your product specification, volume, start window and intended term. We assess the proposed storage arrangement against those requirements before confirming capacity, acceptance and commercial terms.
Product and handling requirements
Fuel oil and gasoil enquiries should specify the grade and available product data. State whether heating, circulation, blending or segregation requires assessment. These services are confirmed for the proposed arrangement; they should not be assumed from a general description of the Fujairah market.
Access and cargo movements
Define how product will move into and out of the proposed facility. Confirm any vessel, pipeline or inter-terminal transfer arrangement directly for the terminal and cargo involved.
Rental terms and pricing
For a longer programme, explain expected throughput and parcel sizes alongside capacity. Separate base rent from service charges and confirm the start conditions for the storage term.
Availability must be confirmed
Published terminal information describes a facility, not space available for a particular customer. Capacity, acceptance, commercial terms and the contracting entity must be confirmed for your requirement.
Short-term rental or a recurring storage programme
For a single cargo, identify the arrival and exit windows and any dependency on transport or onward sales. For a recurring programme, include replenishment intervals, expected throughput and peak inventory. This helps distinguish the space required at one time from the total volume expected to move over the term.
- State essential dates and any flexibility.
- Identify the services you want included in the quote.
- Use the location cost guide and comparison worksheet to review the proposal.
