Singapore: our main company location
Singapore Lube Park Pte. Ltd. Petroleum Terminals is based at 160 Tuas South Avenue 5, Singapore 637364. Start your storage enquiry with the product specification, required capacity and units, intended dates and storage term. We assess the proposed arrangement against the product and movement requirements before confirming scope and commercial terms.
Product and handling requirements
For diesel and other bulk petroleum requirements, include the specification, expected receipt and dispatch movements, and segregation needs. If bonded storage is required, identify that requirement for confirmation rather than assuming a terminal offers it.
Access and cargo movements
Describe your intended receiving and onward distribution methods, including parcel sizes and frequency. Ask us to assess the relevant route for the proposed arrangement. Road, rail, pipeline or vessel access should be confirmed individually rather than inferred from the port location.
Rental terms and pricing
For a Singapore quotation, clarify capacity units, storage term, throughput and each receiving or dispatch charge. Confirm relevant customs responsibilities with the appropriate operator or specialist.
Availability must be confirmed
Published terminal information describes a facility, not space available for a particular customer. Capacity, acceptance, commercial terms and the contracting entity must be confirmed for your requirement.
Short-term rental or a recurring storage programme
For a single cargo, identify the arrival and exit windows and any dependency on transport or onward sales. For a recurring programme, include replenishment intervals, expected throughput and peak inventory. This helps distinguish the space required at one time from the total volume expected to move over the term.
- State essential dates and any flexibility.
- Identify the services you want included in the quote.
- Use the location cost guide and comparison worksheet to review the proposal.
Facility and marine infrastructure in Tuas South
The documented shared-facility configuration comprises 158,640 cubic metres of product storage, 77 tanks for base oils, additives and finished lubricants, and an import/export marine jetty with two vessel berths and two barge berths. These figures describe the shared facility; the storage offered for a particular product and period is defined in the quotation.
Shared pipelines and connected operations
Common pipelines and shared storage infrastructure connect the facility with adjacent Lube Oil Blending Plants (LOBPs). The integrated layout is designed to reduce duplicated individual transport and reliance on road tanker transfers between storage and manufacturing.
